Larb (pronounced “Laab”) is a classic Thai salad known for its vibrant flavors and light, refreshing bite. Tender protein is tossed with fresh herbs, chili, and toasted rice powder for a savory, well-balanced finish with a bright, zesty kick.
WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
To us, Larb is more than a dish. It’s a staple in Northeast Thailand, where Chef Paul grew up sharing it at the family table, often with sticky rice (must try). We named our restaurant Larb to honor those roots and to share that same sense of warmth with every customer who joins us at the table.

At Larb Thai Food & Tapas, our story begins in Northeast Thailand (Isaan), where family meals, shared dishes, and generations of recipes have always brought people together. Those memories continue to inspire everything we cook today.
Our mission is simple: to share the authentic flavors of Isaan with our community. While our name comes from larb, one of the region's most cherished dishes, our menu is filled with many other family favorites—from comforting curries and flavorful noodle dishes to vibrant salads and grilled specialties. Every dish is prepared with care, honoring the traditions and flavors we grew up with.
Whether you're joining us for a casual meal, picking up dinner to enjoy at home, or gathering friends and family for a special occasion, we're grateful to welcome you to our table.
